Admission Process

The Admission’s process is as follows:
 
1. Complete Admission’s Form (download form)
 
2. Select Date for Entrance Exam from the list below.
 
 Saturday, 17th February, 2024
 Saturday, 23rd March, 2024
 Saturday, 18th May, 2024
 Saturday, 20th July, 2024
 Saturday, 17th August, 2024
 
3. Make Admissions payment of N7500 to the School’s Account below and send receipt with the information listed below to info@hallmarksecondaryschool.com.

Hallmark Secondary School, Ondo

  • a copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • the latest school report from the child’s current school.
  • date of entrance exam selected indicating if the student will be attending in person or will be taking the exam online.
(Submit hard copies of all documents on the exam date if attending in person.)
 
4. Student completes Entrance Exam and has an interview with the Admissions staff on the day of exam. WhatsApp call is made if not in person.
 
5. Results of Entrance Exam will be sent to parents within a week of the exam and an Admissions letter will be sent to successful students with admissions documents and details of school fees.  School fees are in the region of N1,500,000.00 and N1,800,000.00 per year.
